We are excited to hos our own Executive Board Member, Eugene Stoccardo! He was recently appointed to the Orange County Charter Review Committee (CRC) by Commissioner Emily Bonilla, District 5. He has been a conservationist in Central Florida for over 30 years and recently retired from NASA where he was an engineer for many years.
Eugene will be talking about the history of Florida as a pertains to the Charter Review Commission. He will go into the brief history of Florida constitutions in making of the CRC. He will also go over the 2020 CRC successes and failures and lessons learned and what to think about for the 2024 for CRC.
